PawsMo Return & Exchange Policy
At PawsMo, we’re dedicated to ensuring that you and your furry friend are happy with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, whether it’s a size issue or a change of mind, and we’re here to help! Our aim is to make the return and exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Made Easy
Whether you need to exchange a size, swap your purchase for another product, or simply return an item, we’ve got you covered.
1. Exchange Process
If you need to exchange the size or would like to get a different product, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Start by clicking here to submit your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange to pick up the product from your address within 24-48 hours.
- Pickup Charges: A fee of ₹118 (inclusive of GST) will be deducted from your refund amount if you opt for our pickup service.

Quality Inspection: After we receive the product at our warehouse, our team will conduct a quality inspection to ensure:
- The product is in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- There are no dog hairs or signs of wear on the product.
- The product is in re-sellable condition.

Refund via Gift Card: If the product passes the inspection, we will issue a gift card with lifetime validity.
- You can use this gift card to place a new order with the correct size or purchase any other product of your choice.
- If you opted for our pickup service, ₹118 will be deducted from the refund amount. If you sent the product back on your own, you will receive the full refund amount in the form of a gift card.
- Placing a New Order: You can use the gift card code at checkout while placing a new order. It’s that easy!
- Exchange Rejection: If the product does not meet our inspection criteria (e.g., shows signs of use, missing accessories, or has dog hair), the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you.
2. Return Process
Changed your mind or not happy with the product? No worries! Here’s how our return process works:
- Submit a Request: Start by clicking here to submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Refunds to Original Payment Method
We only refund the amount to the original payment method in the following cases:
- The product you received is damaged.
- The product doesn’t match the description.
- The product is significantly different from what was advertised.
If any of these conditions are met, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Used products or products with visible wear and tear.
- Products without original packaging or accessories.
- Items with dog hair or stains.

We want you to have the freedom to shop for what your pet needs, whenever you want! That’s why our refunds are issued in the form of a gift card with lifetime validity. You can use it at any time to purchase any product on our store by simply applying the code at checkout.
